# Export your drawing

Export a drawing paper as PDF, DXF, PNG or JPEG, or export selected images directly as PNG or JPG.

Select a paper and use its **Export** controls for a drawing sheet, or select images to export them directly.

* **Drawing sheet:** [export a paper](#export-a-standard-paper) as PDF, DXF, PNG or JPEG.
* **Image on the canvas:** [export selected images](#export-selected-images) as PNG or JPG.

## Export a standard paper

1. Click the header of the paper containing the drawing you want to deliver to select it.
2. Open the selected paper's **Export** properties.
3. Choose **PDF**, **DXF**, **PNG** or **JPEG**. Adjust the line-thickness setting if offered for your format.
4. Review any watermark or access notice, then click **Export**.
5. Save the output and open it to inspect the result before sharing it.

Choose one format per export. To create another format, change the choice and export again.

## Export several papers

1. Select the paper headers while holding **Shift**. Include only papers in the selection.
2. Open **Export** and choose **PDF**, **DXF**, **PNG** or **JPEG**.
3. For PDF, leave **Combine into one PDF** on for a single document, or turn it off for separate files.
4. Click **Export**.

DXF, PNG and JPEG produce one file per paper. Multiple separate files are downloaded together as a ZIP archive.

## Export selected images

To save an image without putting it on a paper:

1. Select one or more images, without including other shape types.
2. Open **Export** in the selection's properties.
3. Choose **PNG** or **JPG**.
4. Click **Export** and inspect the saved output.

Use this route for generated interior images, cutouts and edited images.

## What you'll see

The output downloads in the chosen format. A combined PDF contains the selected papers as pages; separate exports arrive as individual files or a ZIP archive.

## Check the output

Open the file in the application your recipient will use. Check line weights, text, hatches, texture fills, images and detailed symbols.

Use the selected paper or image's **Export** properties for these formats. The general file-level **Export** action is a separate project-data export.

## Troubleshooting

**Image export is missing.** Select images only; a mixed selection does not expose the image-only controls.

**The wrong area is exported.** Select the intended paper by its header and check which shapes are inside it.

**Multi-paper export is missing.** Select two or more papers only. Including a drawing shape or image hides the combined paper-export controls.
